Creating your first custom email address is easy. First login to your cpanel, then go to the EMAIL ACOUNTS page. Here you can see all of your created emails along with how many emails you have available to create.
Next, hit CREATE, then enter the email username. This username will be username@yourdomain.com, and can feature dots such as bob.b@yourdomain.com.
Next, select your password method. You can hit SET PASSWORD NOW, to manually set a password for this account, or Send login link to alternate email address, to allow someone else to set up their email. This is useful when creating accounts for others in your organization as it allows them to set their own password privately.
Finally, under the optional settings menu you have a view options. Most importantly, STORAGE SPACE. Storage space is used to set the size of the email inbox, or how many Mb worth of email can be stored. The value is set by default to 1024 Mb, which is one Gb. This is sufficient for low traffic emails and most users sending basic text emails for a year. For email accounts sending large emails with digital attachments, you may want to provide more. By default, all UPT Hosting servers are limited to 10000 Mb or 10 Gb per email account. If you require a large quota, please contact support to discuss your needs.
Hit CREATE to create the email, and your done.
