However, if you have a managed hosting instance for a period of time, then opt to no longer use the instance, you will loose your current rate for any future managed instances you may request. This rate also only applies to the singular instance. If you opt to add a second website, that instance is subject to the most current rate.

Billing for managed instances includes an initial setup fee, followed by the agreed monthly rate for the contract period, this rate renews at the same value until the contract is ended.

If your website requires extensive setup, UPT Hosting offers a migration services for your website not included in the managed billing.
